* Ingredients:


° 6 large potatoes, thinly sliced

° ¼ cup butter

° ¼ cup all-purpose flour

° 2 cups whole milk

° ½ 1 teaspoon salt

° ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

° 1 teaspoon hot pepper

° 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

° ½ cup mozzarella cheese

° ½ cup fresh roumi cheese


* How to prepare :


Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold and salt water to preserve their color until used.


Melt the butter in a suitable bowl over low heat, then add the flour, stirring, until it turns golden.


Add the milk gradually, stirring quickly, so that the flour does not clump, then put the salt, pepper and turkey cheese and stir well until the mixture thickens. Then add the rest of the cheese and my heart until all melts .


Grease a suitable tray with butter, drain the potatoes well from the water, then putting them in tray and spread the cream that was prepared on top .
