Chocolate pecan turtle clusters recipe



Chocolate turtles as you buy at the store made in your kitchen.



* Ingredients:


° A bowl with a capacity of

° 1/2 liter containing pecan halves

° 2 bags (340 grams) of chocolate chips

° 25 individually wrapped, unwrapped caramels

° 2 tablespoons of water

° A 130 ml cup containing butter, softened



* Preparation:


Preheat oven 175 ° C.

Organize pecans on  baking sheet.

Baking pecans in a preheated oven until fragrant also lightly golden, about 7 min .

Melted chocolate chips in top of a double boiiler on simmeriing water, stir frequently & scraping sides with a ruubber spatula avoid scaalding.

Line a baking sheet with foil; grease with butter.

Combine the caramels, water and butter in a saucepan over low heat. cook, stirring occasionally, until the caramels are melted and smooth. Flatten the pecans.

Spoon the caramel mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Let cool and harden.

Drizzle chocolate on the caramel nut clusters; refrigerate for about 1 hour.
