GREAT COCKTAIL MEATBALLS: THIS IS MY FAVORITE WEEKNIGHT MEAL!



These meatballs are a favorite crowd. Juicy, tender meatballs are enveloped in a mildly salty, sweet sauce with complex flavor layers that are tantalizing. The kind of meatballs that make your eyes roll back in your head until you search for another one, second, third... They check every YUM box and then some.

I'm sure that you will be in love with my meatballs recipe!!

INGREDIENTS: 


- A pound/470g.Of lean ground beef.

- A can.Of 8 Oz Of jellied cranberry sauce.

- 3/4 Cup.Of chili sauce.

- 1/2 Cup.Of bread crumbs.

- One egg.

- 3 tbsp.Of minced onion.

- 2 tbsp.Of water.

- 2 tbsp.Of lemon juice.

- 1 tbsp.Of brown sugar.


INSTRUCTIONS: 

-Step 1: Preheat the oven to 75 degrees C=350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

-Step 2: Mix the ground beef, with a large egg, 2 tablespoons of water, bread crumbs, and minced onion together in a medium mixing bowl.

-Step 3: Roll it into tiny meatballs. 

-Step 4: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, rotating one time. 

-Step 5: Blend the cranberry sauce, with the chili sauce, the brown sugar, and lemon juice in a large saucepan over low heat. 

-Step 6: Add the meatballs and boil until serving for 1 hour.
