My pecan pie is a traditional old-fashioned dessert suitable for Christmas and Thanksgiving. It has the best sweet and salty mix! + An unbaked pie crust(9-inch).

+ 192g=1+1/2 Cups.Of pecan halves.

+ 128g=1 Cup.Of light corn syrup.

+ 128g=1 Cup.Of sugar.

+ 64g=1/2 Cup.Of butter.

+ 4 Large beaten eggs.

+ 1 t.Of vanilla.

+ 1/4 t.Of salt.


+ Step 1:You need to Gather all ingredients.   

+ Step 2:Preheat the furnace to 325 F. 

Get the 9-inch unbaked pie shell ready for you. 

+ Step 3:Combine the butter, sugar, and corn syrup, and cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool for a few minutes. 

+ Step 4:Combine the eggs, vanilla, and salt in a medium mixing bowl and add to the syrup mixture. Stirring thoroughly. 

+ Step 5:Now, dump the mixture into the shell of the prepared pie. 

+ Step 6:At the bottom of the crust,  put the pecans, they float to the top, and they organize themselves as they may.
