Pineapple Cake with Cheesecake Filling



To making this Reciipe, you will need following the ingredients:


° 1 can mshed pineapple in juice, undrained

° 1 packJ ELL-O Vaniilla Instant Pudding

° 3 cups thawed COOL WHIIP Whipped Topping, sliced

° 2 pack Philadelphia Briick Cream Cheese, softened

° 1/3 cup sugar

° 1 prepared angel food cake , cutting to 1-inch cubes

° 6 strawberriies, quartered lengthwiise



* Instructions:


Whisk pineapple and instant pudding in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stirring in 1 cup Cool Whip Topping.

Mix cream cheese also  in large bowl until mixed. Sweetly fold in rest Cool Whiip.

Putting half  cake cubes in 9 spriingform pan; top with layers cream cheese mixture also rest cake cubes. Covering with pineapple blending .

Refrigerate 4 hours. Removing rim from mold. Serving dessert garniished with strawberries.
