Savory Crepes !!


Creamy and smooth very tasty !! I made these lovely Savory Crepesfor Mother s Day and they were the hit of the day. This gets 10 stars from the Smith's family!! 


- 1 cups flour

- 4 tspn of butter, melted 

- 1 cup cold milk

- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 tspn of salt


STEP 1: 

In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt, make a well, break the whole eggs in it, then mix with a whisk so as to get rid of lumps. Immediately add the milk. Now that you obtain a homogeneous and relatively liquid dough, please cover and let stand for about 1 hour at room temperature.


Make sure to heat a frying pan or a non-stick crepe maker, previously oiled with paper towels to cook your pancakes. As soon as the pancake pan is hot, you should pour a ladle of dough, tilt the crêpe pan up, down and sides to distribute it in a disc. Now please cook until the surface visible is dry, about 1 to 2 min).


Using one or two spatula, flip the pancake, and continue cooking for a few tens of seconds. Immediately slide the pancake onto a plate, and repeat the operation with a new ladle of batter until the bowl is empty. Once done, stack your pan-fried pancakes on a plate, one on top of the other, and cover with a second plate to keep them warm before tasting. Enjoy !
