Shrimp boil foil packs



Spice up your dinner with these packs of boiled shrimp! Bake or grill this easy blend of corn, sausage, shrimp, onions and peppers with a savory blend of Cajun seasonings.


* Ingredients :


° 2 ears of corn, cut into 1-inch-thick slices

° 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Cajun sausages, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

° 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

° 1 large onion, chopped

° 1 red pepper, chopped

° 1 green pepper, chopped

° 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

° 2 tbsp ground garlic

° 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

° 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning


* Instructions :


Preheated a gas grill over medium-high heat to about 425 ° F.

Cut 8 sheets of sturdy aluminum foil. Use two sheets of aluminum foil per package, making 4 packages. Place corn, peppers and sausage evenly in the two foil packages. Divide the onions and peppers between each package.

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning and garlic. Divide Old Bay Sauce between packages drizzling with about 2 tbsp. evenly on each. Sprinkle each package with about 1/2 teaspoon of the Cajun seasoning.

Wrap the sides of the inner aluminum squares to create a wrap. Place the outer foil in the opposite direction and fold the outer layers back to seal. Crimp the edges to seal.

Grill with the sealed side up for 12-15 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with cilantro.
