* Ingredients :


° 150 grams of digestive biscuits.

° 2 m / kg butter.

° 2 m / kg milk powder.

° 2 m / kg cream cheese.

° 2 large eggs.

° Juice of 2 large lemons.

° 1 m / kg zest of lemon.

° ½ m / r vanilla

° 1 cup sugar.

° 1 m / r flour.


* How to prepare :


Crumb the biscuits well in a food processor, then add the liquid butter and mix together.


In a square shaped mold, place the biscuit layer and distribute it well with light pressure with your hands


Place the tray in a hot oven for only 8 minutes, then set it aside to cool down.


Using the electric beater, beat the eggs, sugar, two tablespoons of cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, milk powder and a spoonful of flour.


Mix well on a low speed, then pour the mixture over the biscuit layer.


Bake in a hot oven at 160 ° C for 20-25 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it for another 10 minutes


Leave to cool completely and then put in the refrigerator for an hour before cutting and decorate with powdered sugar.
