School hot rolls recipe

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 7 hours 20 minutes

* Ingredients:

° 15 g fresh baker's yeast

° 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk

° 1 c. tablespoon olive oil

° 1 c. teaspoon salt

° 1 c. powdered sugar

° 400 g of wheat flour

* Instructions :

The night before

In a large bowl, combine the yeast and cold milk until the yeast is completely dissolved.

Then add the oil, salt, sugar and flour little by little.

Knead for about 5 to 10 minutes until a soft dough is obtained (add flour little by little if you see that your dough sticks too much).

Form a ball, put it in a salad bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place away from drafts.

Knead dough again for 3-2 min.

Form a large sausage with the dough and divide it into 10 pieces. Shape into balls by rolling the pieces in flour.

Place these 10 balls of bread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, making sure to leave enough space between the balls which will swell.

Cover with a damp cloth and store overnight at the bottom of the fridge.

The next day

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C and take the breads out of the fridge. (Meanwhile, you can get the table ready, coffee, and even squeeze oranges!)

Take the breads out of the fridge and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes.
