Stuffed Cabbages Rolls

* Ingredients:

 

° Tomatoes: can (chopped)

° Apple cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon

° Crushed chili: half a teaspoon (dried)

° Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

° Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

° Oregano: 1 teaspoon (dried and ground)

° Salt: half a teaspoon

° Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

° Olive oil: a quarter cup

° Cabbage: Head (medium size / boiled and cut leaves)

° Ground beef: 750 gr

° Flower: cup (cauliflower / crumbled food processor)

° Green onions: 3 sticks (chopped)

° Parsley: 1/4 cup (chopped)

 

* How to prepare :

 

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.

Mix the chopped tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, crushed chili, onion powder, garlic flower, oregano, salt and pepper with the food processor until the mixture becomes smooth.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or skillet over a medium heat, add the tomato mixture and leave it to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pan or saucepan and leave it for 20 minutes until it thickens and the sauce becomes thick.

Mix half of the tomato sauce with minced meat, crumbled cauliflower, green onions and parsley.

Spread the mixture on cabbage leaves and roll them into rolls.

Spread an amount of tomato sauce in an oven dish and put the stuffed cabbage rolls on it, then spread the rest of the sauce over the cabbage.

Put the plate in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes, until the meat is softened, and serve hot with a pinch of parsley to taste.
